About Us

As a young girl I was responsible for the cooking in my house as my mother was ill due to Multiple Sclerosis.  She would tell me what to cook and how to do it.  As I got older I began making desserts.  Although I enjoy cooking, baking became my specialty.  I began to bake at the holidays and bring the desserts over to family and friends.  As I saw the overwhelming reaction to my confection creations it inspired me to take baking to the next level.  It was then that I attended Johnson & Wales University as a Baking and Pastry student with the dream of someday opening my own bakery.  As I continue to live my dream I invite you to enjoy my tasteful creations.
